Krystina Richardson specializes in individual and group therapy for children and teens from ages 5 to 18 with mental and behavioral health diagnosis with emphasis on ADHD, Autism, DMDD and anxiety and depression. Other areas of focus include trauma, individual, and family therapy utilizing a person-centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, aggression replacement therapy (ART), solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral intervention for trauma in schools (CBITS) tailored to meet the needs of the individual. LBGTQ community. I am here to empower and challenge
you to be the best you that you can be. The military has taught
me to deal with anxiety, depression grief and isolation
and My goal is to empower you to improve your
mental health so you can function at your best. I utilize a
holistic person-centered or strength-based approach to
provide quality compassionate, culturally sensitive, and
evidence-based mental health care. I have a specialization
in grief therapy, but I am also experienced in depression,
anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, relapse, and
issues that affect the LBGTQ community.
